Refund policy

Unopened Film — 30 Day Returns If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns on unopened, undamaged film in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Film must be in sellable condition — original box, seal intact, no damage. Once we receive and inspect the return we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item — we'll make it right immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return required.

Opened or Shot Film We are unable to accept returns on opened or exposed film. Film is a light-sensitive consumable and once the seal is broken we cannot verify its condition or resell it. If you believe a roll was defective from the factory, contact us and we'll work with you on a case by case basis.

Heat Damage During Shipping Florida heat is real. We ship all orders with care, but if you receive film that has been compromised by heat during transit, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

Shipping Regions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid US shipping address at checkout — orders placed with international addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.
