Shipping Policy

Where we ship from
All orders ship from South Florida. Every order is packed by hand — we're a small independent operation, not a warehouse.

Shipping rates

  • $5.99 flat — Florida addresses
  • $6.99 flat — anywhere else in the US
  • Free shipping on all orders over $75

We currently ship within the United States only.

Order processing
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day. During restocks or busy periods, processing may take an extra day — if there's a delay on our end, we'll email you.

Delivery times
We ship via UPS Ground Saver, which typically delivers in 2–8 business days after your order leaves us. Final delivery is often handled by USPS.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier, not guarantees. Once a package leaves our hands, transit time is out of our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holiday volume can all add days. We ship fast — the carrier sets the pace after that.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. With Ground Saver, tracking sometimes doesn't update for a day or two after the label is made, and can go quiet in transit. That's normal and usually doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Delayed, lost, or stolen packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email us and we'll help. We file claims with the carrier and will work with you to make it right — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We're not able to take responsibility for packages marked delivered by the carrier but missing from your address. If that happens, please check with your household and neighbors, then contact your local post office — and reach out to us too, we'll do what we can.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you catch a mistake, email us right away — if it hasn't shipped, we can fix it.
