Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid US shipping address — orders placed with international addresses will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Processing Time Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days of placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS and UPS depending on package size and destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shoot Film Florida is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We work hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
Florida Orders If you're ordering from within Florida you're in luck — we ship from right here in the Sunshine State. Most Florida orders arrive within 1–3 business days on standard shipping, often faster. No more waiting a week for film to arrive from across the country.
Film & Heat We take film storage seriously. All orders are packed with care to protect your film during transit. During periods of extreme heat we recommend selecting a faster shipping option to minimize the time your film spends in transit. If you believe your film was heat damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve it.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the USPS or UPS website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us through the "contact" page on our website with
Lost or Stolen Packages Shoot Film Florida is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Incorrect Addresses Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
