If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Film is a perishable photographic consumable. Results depend on proper storage, handling, exposure, and development — factors outside our control. Shoot Film Florida is not responsible for results obtained from film purchased on our store.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that we are unable to fulfill.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Shoot Film Florida does not store your credit card information.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Shoot Film Florida is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
